Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 14 days from the day the package is received. Please send us an email to shiranyitz@gmail.com to receive the details.

A refund will be received to the original payment method. No refund will be given for a product ordered in a custom-made order or according to non-standard measurements. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, to protect them on their way. Once the items return to our studio, in their original condition and unused, we will process the refund according to the payment method in which the transaction was made.

Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable, and you must pay for the return shipping.

Items purchased on sale are a final sale, and are not eligible for exchange or return.
