Shipping policy

Delivery and Shipping:

Product delivery to buyers is carried out through Israel Post, courier service, or registered mail. Delivery is made within the time frame promised at the time of sale. The shipping fee amount will appear at the end of the order process under the items the customer chose to purchase and will be collected when placing the order. However, it should be clarified that if the shipping time is extended due to constraints of the shipping companies, the customer will have no claim against Aleph Studio regarding this matter.

If the customer does not report any defect in the product within 24 hours from the day of receiving it, this constitutes notice that no defect has occurred and the customer/or orderer will have no claim against the company or website for the existence of a defect in the product.

The ordered products will be supplied after the purchase process has been completed, provided that the order was received within the transaction time frame as defined on the requested product page, provided that the customer has a valid credit card that can be charged and cleared in Israel, and provided that the credit card company that issued it approved the transaction that was made.
